NEW YORK — NBC’s 13 owned and operated television stations along with its New York -based rep firm have agreed to use Tarrytown, NY-based SQAD Inc.’s spot market data analysis software for programming and sales research, SQAD announced today.

SQAD is a media cost forecasting company that provides national and local data to over 1,500 advertising agencies, advertisers, TV and radio broadcasters, cable and syndication companies. The company’s spot market analysis software, known as SNAP, interprets Nielson ratings.
