NEW YORK NBC chairman and chief executive Bob Wright today made three major leadership changes, according to the company.

NBC entertainment president Jeff Zucker has been been named to the newly created position of president of the entertainment, news and cable group. Zucker will continue to oversee NBC Entertainment, Bravo and Telemundo’s primetime programming, but will now also assume responsibility for NBC News, MSNBC and CNBC.

Randy Falco, group president, NBC Television Network, will assume responsibility for the Telemundo Network in addition to his current role leading the company’s commercial, operational and business-development organizations.
