The National Aquarium in Baltimore is looking for an advertising agency.
Requests for proposals were issued to 11 agencies in the Southeast. Incumbent Carton Donofrio Partners in Baltimore will participate in the review.
Account billings are undisclosed.
Questionnaires are due back June 7. Finalists will be briefed about the visitors' attraction and given an assignment in July. A decision is expected in August.
The aquarium will break ground on an $88 million expansion this September. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2005, according to the rfp.
The selected agency will be expected to develop marketing strategies and advertising.
