DALLAS Epsilon has signed a multi-year agreement to provide integrated e-mail and marketing solutions to MyFamily.com, an online network for connecting families.
MyFamily is the parent company of seven family-related Web sites including Ancestry.com and Ancestry.co.uk. The company, founded in 1983, said it has grown more than 300 percent over the last three years.
Epsilon will provide permission-based e-mail communications services, including a proprietary e-mail platform, integrated Web analytics and strategic consulting. It will analyze data from MyFamily and develop highly targeted e-mail messages geared toward the acquisition and retention of customers, as well as generating sales.
Mike Iaccarino, president of Epsilon, said, "MyFamily's needs reflect a growing trend in the marketplace to partner with a provider who can combine best-of-breed technology with best-of-breed marketing services on a global basis."
Epsilon is a unit of Alliance Data. Terms of its deal with MyFamily were not disclosed.
