ATLANTA Mullen is consolidating its offices in downtown Winston-Salem, N.C., the shop said.
The Interpublic Group shop will be the anchor tenant in the Park Building, a downtown renovation project. Mullen will occupy 40,000 square feet of space, which is being designed by Gensler, a New York-based architectural firm.
Mullen will share the space with Frank About Women, an IPG consultancy that specializes in marketing to women. The two shops are scheduled to move into the new space by the end of the year.
"We are looking forward to having Mullen's energetic, committed workforce downtown," said Allen Joines, mayor of Winston-Salem. "Mullen's decision to come downtown will help us in recruiting other companies."
Previously, the staffs of Mullen and Frank About Women were housed in two buildings several miles from downtown. The leases on those properties expire by the end of the year.
