After seven years at Clarke Goward, Jim Amadeo—who recently joined Mullen as svp, group creative director, one of six gcds—said he’s ready for a greater challenge.

“What attracted me here was the opportunity to work with talented people and bigger brands,” said the 41-year-old exec, formerly svp, cd at Clarke Goward, where he worked on accounts such as Papa Gino’s and Bob’s Stores. “[Clarke Goward was] a small shop, so I struggled with smaller brands. I wanted to take my career to the next level.”
