"Tom has a solid combination of agency and client-side experience with several major consumer brands," said Grimaldi, in a statement. "We were attracted to him because he's talented, a strong leader, well-liked and respected by his colleagus and clients, and because he possesses the drive and determination to do great things."
At Mullen, Jump will be part of the agency's executive team and will lead several accounts, including General Motors, XM Satellite Radio and the U.S. Department of Defense.

"Mullen is a great opportunity for me," said Jump. "There's an intensity here that you feel, a will and determination to win."
