McCaffrey Ratner Gottlieb & Lane in New York will create a $5 million holiday campaign for women's tool kits from Barbara K Enterprises. Following a two-week review, the shop last week bested New York agencies Pedone & Partners, Bouchez Kent + Co. and Hanft Byrne Raboy & Partners for the business, which includes broadcast, print and direct mail, a client rep said.
