Rosso, who joined the shop 10 years ago, had been a senior account supervisor. James Alvord has been named director of interactive services after serving as the agency's studio manager. In his new post, he will oversee all interactive accounts and personnel. Jim Lawlor has been named broadcast media supervisor. He had been a senior media buyer at Ingalls Advertising in Boston. Mark Bauman has been named production artist. Kelly Fitzpatrick has been promoted to assistant account executive in the public relations unit of McKay Fried & Partners in Boston. She will work on accounts such as Weatherby Health Care and Good Brothers Ford & Dodge. Kate McCurdy has joined the shop as account coordinator for advertising.
