Pagano Schenck & Kay in Boston has named Paul Schmidt account executive. He had held the same position with Fahlgren Benito in Tampa, Fla. Tim Cawley has joined as a copywriter. He had been at Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis. Garrett Mann has joined as assistant media planner. He had been with Mullen in Wenham. Amy Swearingen has been promoted to assistant account planner from account supervisor.
Julie Rosso has been named vice president and account supervisor at Clarke Goward in Boston. Rosso, who joined the shop 10 years ago, had been a senior account supervisor. James Alvord has been named director of interactive services after serving as the agency's studio manager. In his new post, he will oversee all interactive accounts and personnel. Jim Lawlor has been named broadcast media supervisor. He had been a senior media buyer at Ingalls Advertising in Boston. Mark Bauman has been named production artist.
Kelly Fitzpatrick has been promoted to assistant account executive in the public relations unit of McKay Fried & Partners in Boston. She will work on accounts such as Weatherby Health Care and Good Brothers Ford & Dodge. Kate McCurdy has joined the shop as account coordinator for advertising. Her assignments include People's Bank, Tremont Brewery and Quincy Hospital.
Miller/Shandwick Technologies in Boston has named Mitch Gross and Lisa Jacobson account supervisors, Erin Callahan senior account executive, Christine Campbell and Vicki Greene account executives, Cindy Cantrell associate account executive and Ed Daly and Lisa Langone assistant account executives.

Cipriani Kremer Design in Boston has named Lynn DePiero traffic manager.
She has been with the unit of Arnold Communications since 1992, starting as its receptionist. Most recently, she worked in the traffic department, overseeing work on Fleet Financial Froup, Scitex and State Street Research. Mario Proia has been named associate creative services manager. Prior to joining Cipriani Kremer, he worked for four years as
studio manager at Arnold.
Christine Worsley has joined Kennedy & Co. in Boston as account coordinator. She is a recent graduate of Boston College. While in school, she worked for Kennedy & Co. and Arnold Communications' sports marketing divisions.
