BBDO New York has awarded senior vp titles to creative supervisor Bill Bruce and associate media director John Osborn and vp posts to account supervisors Joshua Sacks and Claire Veber. BBDO also has promoted Lauren Claire from national TV buyer to national TV supervisor and Geetha Gopal from assistant media planner to media planner.
Scott Stagg, a creative supervisor at Chapman Direct for three years, has moved to The Muldoon Agency as vp/associate creative director.
Media Inc., a media buying service launched in January by Robert Ingram and Michael Kubin, has added James Putnam as chief of staff, Gary Patrick as executive vp, Grace Glatstein as senior vp/broadcast media buying and James Zafiros as vp/ spot TV pricing, inventory, packaging and station barter.
Rochelle Nitzberg, formerly senior broadcast supervisor at McCaffrey and McCall, has joined DeWitt Media as associate director of local broadcast.
Harrison, Star, Wiener & Beitler, a medical ad agency, has signed Lyn Falconio, Donna Livingston and Janet Viggiano as account supervisors, Mary Jo Schnatter as copywriter and Robert Cavuoto as traffic coordinator. Elaine Rudeli and Joan Alexander-Bascome were named senior project director and associate project manager, respectively, of HSW&B's health science communications division.
John Manning, creative director of Mamaroneck-based Austin Lawrence Group, was made a partner at the advertising and public relations agency. Manning joined the company in 1987 as creative supervisor.
