NEW YORKRobb DeFilippis has been named senior vice president, director of print services at Deutsch in New York, effective Nov. 11, the agency said. DeFilippis joins the Interpublic Group shop from BBDO in New York, where he was vice president, director of print services. He reports to chief operating officer Linda Sawyer and succeeds Vivian Cunningham, who left in September to join Lowe. At BBDO, DeFilippis oversaw all print production and art buying, and supervised the graphic-production studio. Prior to BBDO, he worked at DDB.Bill Haney was appointed executive vice president, director of corporate communications at Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide. Haney, who is based in New York, will develop and execute strategic-communications programs for FCB Worldwide's domestic and global operations. He previously was CEO of Pontiac, Mich.-based MB Communications; he also served concurrently as founder and president of Troy, Mich.-based Momentum Books. FCB, which is headquartered in New York, is an Interpublic Group agency.DealerTrack Inc. hired Janet Morrison Clarke as chief marketing officer. She most recently worked as chairman and chief executive officer of Young & Rubicam's KnowledgeBase Marketing subsidiary. DealerTrack is based in Melville.Melissa Jacobson-Heath was named sales director of the Advertising Solutions Group at Interactive Market Systems. She most recently served as an assistant account executive.The Halo Group appointed Mark Sutter senior vice president, brand strategy and client services. The Halo Group is based in New York and Hauppauge.Rye-based Jarden Corp. named Michael Whitcomb chief marketing officer of its Consumer Products Group, a newly created position.
