NEW YORKRobert A Becker Euro RSCG has formed RiverWorks, a new office located in Lambertville, N.J. RiverWorks is the New York-based healthcare communications agency's fifth office, joining the two in Manhattan, the Cytocom office in West Windsor, N.J., and RAB Central in Chicago. RiverWorks will be headed by co-managing directors Nina Goodheart and Ed Cummings, who most recently served as president and executive vice president, director of client services, respectively, of Dudnyk Health Communications. Separately, Susan Fultz was named managing director of RAB Central. She will manage the development and execution of all marketing and communications programs for healthcare clients, and will oversee several accounts, such as Elan, Abbott Laboratories and MedImmune. Fultz most recently was senior vice president, healthcare practice leader for GCI Group in Chicago.Wunderman New York has created an executive board from the agency's practice leaders. The board comprises the following executives: Pat Przybyski, who is chief operating and financial officer; Amy Rubenstein, who rose from director of client services to general manager, client solu tions; Joel Sobelson, who is chief creative director; Chip Walker, who was promoted from director of strategic development to director of business development; and Len Ellis, who is director of enterprise strategy. The board is responsible for the overall direction of Wunderman New York and for identifying, sharing, and solving issues and opportunities. This new board will report directly to David Sable, president and CEO of Wunderman New York.The Concept Farm hired Miguel Fernandez as a copywriter. Prior to joining the New York agency, he freelanced briefly at Loeffler Ketchum Mountjoy and was in the copywriting department at Charlotte, N.C.-based Boone/Oakley.Slingshot in New York appointed Simone Lazer director of new business development. She most recently was business development manager at Zero 2 Sixty in New York. In addition, Billy Senia joined Slingshot as an editor.Fluid hired Brad Stratton as a senior music producer. He previously was vice president/music producer at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in New York. Fluid is based in New York.Lis Perry was appointed an account executive at 96.3 FM WQXR in New York. She most recently served as a senior Scarborough training specialist in the Radio Training Services area of Arbitron. WQXR is owned by The New York Times Co.Victoria Hamilton joined Playboy magazine as fashion category manager, responsible for overseeing the publication's fashion advertising accounts, such as Under Armour, Omega Watches, Seiko Watches, Bill Blass, Ben Sherman, 2(x)ist and GBX, among other duties. She is based in Playboy's New York office. Hamilton most recently worked at MR magazine, where she was an account executive for three years. Playboy magazine is published by Playboy Enterprises.The Rosen Group promoted Shawna Seldon to director of media relations. She previously was an account executive at the New York-based public relations firm. NEW JERSEYLinda Rosanio, CEO of The Star Group, was named chairperson of the board of directors of FirstStates Council of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, a local 4A's chapter. She succeeds Marc Brownstein, who is president of The Brownstein Group. Rosanio began her two-year term on May 1. Separately, Kevin Couch was promoted to associate creative director for The Star Group. He most recently was a copywriter at the Cherry Hill-based shop. The Star Group also has offices in Philadelphia and Las Vegas.Three executives were elected to The Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association's board of directors: Susan Snowden, senior vice president of Telecom Marketing at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co.; Gerard DiPippo, president of DataNational/Volt Directory Systems; and Peter Broadbent, chief operating officer of Wahlstrom Group. The Yellow Pages I.M.A. is based in Berkeley Heights. PENNSYLVANIADomus in Philadelphia named Robert Pantaliano chief financial officer. He formerly was vice president and chief financial officer at Len Dugow & Associates in New York.MayoSeitz Media promoted two staffers. Jessica Lightman was named a senior media buyer; she previously was a media buyer at the Blue Bell-based shop. Mary Tyrrell rose to media planner; she formerly served as a media assistant.
