Jay Advertising in Roches ter hired Tiffany Dacko as coordinating producer/Buick broadcast. Before joining the shop, an Interpublic Group company, she was programming coordinator for Young Audiences of Roches ter. Julie Brancato was elevated to media buyer for True Value Hardware, Rite Aid Pharmacies, UPMC Health System, Mellon Financial Corp. and Eat'n Park Restaurants; she formerly was an assistant media buyer. Megan Gustine was promoted to senior media coordinator; she most recently was a media coordinator. In her new role, she continues to handle accounts payable and other media-business issues for True Value Hardware and UPMC Health System, among others. Additionally, MARC Public Relations hired two employees. Kim Francis was named an account manager, handling PR efforts for Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Le-Nature's beverages and GNC Franchising; she formerly was a corporate communications manager for FreeMarkets in Pittsburgh. April Clark arrived as an account executive, working on GNC Franchising, Nutri Pharma and Rite Aid Pharmacies; she most recently served as an account coordinator at Magnet Communications in Pittsburgh.
The Brownstein Group hired Jamie Victor as a graphic designer. He will work on accounts such as Microsoft, the Uni ver sity of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Avecia and Pompeii.
