Bill Brand joined Lifetime Television in New York as senior vice president of reality programming. He previously worked as vice president of programming and production at VH1.

American International Group hired Steven Rautenberg as vice president, communications. He succeeds John Wooster Jr., who will remain at the New York-based company as special adviser. Rautenberg formerly served as vice president and general manager, corporate communications at Canon U.S.A.

Leslie Tannenbaum rose to chief financial officer of Display Technologies.
