Laurie Martino, Rebecca Russell and Sonja Tilki joined Source Marketing, Westport, the marketing and promotion agency.Keiler & Company hired Paul A. Fortuin as a copywriter. He is responsible for developing concepts and writing print, radio and television ads for such clients as Speedline and Stanley. Prior to joining Keiler & Company, Fortuin was a copywriter at Mason & Madison in New Haven. Margaret Mitchell-Jones also joined as a senior account manager. She is responsible for managing advertising and collateral for clients such as Speedline and NYU/Stern School of Business.Change Technology Partners, Greenwich, announced two senior executive appointments: Steven Carlin joined the firm as managing director for strategic business development; and Robert Westerfield was promoted to chief operating officer.Cronin & Co., Glastonbury, recently promoted eight members of its staff, while hiring an additional six to its team as the agency continues to add new clients to its roster. MAINEVia, Portland, hired Peter Greer as public relations principal. Prior to joining Via, Greer was the co-director of the public relations practice at Mullen, where for 12 years he was an active force in creating integrated PR programs for clients in technology, healthcare, financial services and professional services categories.RSN, Portland, promoted Steve Smith to vice president of sales and marketing. Smith joined RSN in 1997. Prior to that, Smith was group marketing director at AT&T in Basking Ridge, N.J. MASSACHUSETTSClarke Goward, Boston, promoted Chris Pinkham to vice president, director of design. He has been with the agency since 1998, and was most recently director of design. The agency also promoted Stefanie Callaghan to account supervisor and added Gina Cass as a media planner. She worked for seven years as a media supervisor at Ingalls, now Holland Mark.Fuse, Newburyport, appointed Ilene Harnch-Grady client solutions manager and Stephanie McLaughlin brand communications manager. Harnch-Grady previously worked as an account manager at Amergent, Peabody, where she managed strategic non-profit marketing campaigns. McLaughlin formerly worked in the department of external affairs and marketing for New England Medical Center.Tepperman/Ray Associates, Andover, named Julie Wotjas account manager and James Marshall director of new business development. Wotjas has been with the agency for six years and will now be responsible for management of client programs and communication. He was formerly senior marketing manager for iXL.Arnold, Boston, promoted Heather Bogan from traffic coordinator to assistant producer, working on the Talbots, Ocean Spray and new business accounts. The agency also hired Rob Thompson, formerly with DDB Chicago, as a copywriter on the Volkswagen account, and Claudine Kaprielian, formerly a programmer for Circle.com, as a mechanical supervisor on the Volkswagen interactive account.
