London-based Cordiant Communications Group has named Claude Singer chief marketing officer at CCG.XM in New York. He had previously worked as senior vice president and director of marketing, North America, at Siegelgale, New York.
Claire Tondreau, formerly executive vice president and managing director at Lowe Lintas & Partners in New York, has founded HotSpring, a newly created growth consultancy that focuses on brand development. She takes the title of marketing chief at HotSpring, which is based in New York.
