Stuart Bacon, Fort Worth, has named Nancy O'Malley public relations account executive. Before joining the agency, O'Malley was a consultant for Hopkins & Associates, Dallas. Debbie Foster, previously with Coca-Cola Enterprises, has joined the Center for the Persuasive Arts, San Antonio, as media marketing manager. University of Texas at San Antonio graduate Bert Gallagher Jr. and Patina Herrington have arrived at the agency as promotions coordinator and accounting media supervisor, respectively. Montemayor y Asociados, San Antonio, has welcomed Ylda Pineyro as account executive for eAsociados, a newly formed interactive department. Aida Shalkow, holding a master's degree in advertising from the Universidad de la Comunicacion in Mexico City, has joined Montemayor as junior copywriter for Taco Cabana, Circle K Stores and other accounts. Murray Brown Creative Group, Fort Worth, has added Billy Van Osten as art director. "What can we say--he makes a mean cup of joe," said president Jerry Murray.
