Montemayor y Asociados, San Antonio, has welcomed Ylda Pineyro as account executive for eAsociados, a newly formed interactive department. Aida Shalkow, holding a master's degree in advertising from the Universidad de la Comunicacion in Mexico City, has joined Montemayor as junior copywriter for Taco Cabana, Circle K Stores and other accounts.
