NEW YORK At BBDO in New York, senior vice president and group head of TV production Regina Ebel moved up to director of television production. Ebel joined the agency as an executive producer in 1986. Larry Novenstern, associate media director on Pepsi and Visa at BBDO, progressed to director of sports marketing services. John Swift, previously a buying supervisor, advanced to associate media director. Samantha DiGennaro, public relations manager at DMB&B Communications, assumed the same title at The MacManus Group in New York. Ann Mecca, previously public relations manager at Kaplan Educational Centers, succeeds DiGennaro as public relations manager at DMB&B Communications in New York. Young & Rubicam in New York enlisted Steven Blondy as senior vice president of corporate development, a newly created position. Blondy arrives from Poppe Tyson, where he was executive vice president of finance and administration. Kenneth Kilmartin was named vice president and management supervisor at Melville-based Rabasca & Co. The shop also designated Barbara Carano director of public relations and Janet Winckler production manager. Bates USA in New York added four creative staff members: senior vice president and creative director Ray Hirschman, vice president and associate creative director Bill Ryan, copywriter Mary Gray and art director Amy Stern. Jack Mello became director of corporate public relations at Rapp Collins Worldwide in New York. The Yellowstone Group in Irvington welcomed Jack Matera, Peter Hess and David Holden as directors of new business development, George Glunta as senior art director, James Norberto as account manager and Jessica Mikitovic as assistant account executive. Stephen Shepherd, former associate publisher of Travel Holiday, was appointed advertising director of Stagebill in New York. Condƒ Nast Publications in New York tapped Jennifer Orr Kelman promotion director of Vanity Fair. Candance Kirby, formerly with Makovsky & Co., joined Porter Novelli's healthcare division in New York as assistant account executive. BSMG Worldwide (formerly Bozell Sawyer Miller Group) in New York promoted Steve Lombardo to president and chief executive officer of KRC Research. James Watson, most recently vice president of Eastern region advertising sales at USA Networks, was designated vice president of new business development at R.J. Palmer Inc. in New York. EGC Media Group in Hicksville hired Jeff Vidakovich as account manager and Nicole Bardsley as junior account executive. NEW JERSEY Integrated Communications Corp. in Lawrenceville promoted Loretta Fala to director of educational planning and development, Kelley Moore to account activities manager and Lee Scott to assistant art director. ICC also signed Jason Pecarsky as associate medical director, Betsey King as project manager, Matthew Wohl as account coordinator, Gregory Librizzi as assistant art director and Joy Scott as studio technician. Don Morgan, formerly with Lowe McAdams Healthcare, joined the staff of Harrison Wilson & Associates in Parsippany as senior vice president and management supervisor. The Sawtooth Group in Woodbridge elevated Lori Howard to assistant account executive and Dan Davenport to account coordinator. The agency also employed David Fields and Heather Ronca as account coordinators and Keith Pact as graphic support specialist. Peter Mann became vice president of national sales for NBC Cable Networks, which includes Fort Lee-based CNBC, MSNBC and the syndicated program, This Morning's Business. Einson Freeman in Paramus installed Tracy Wirth, previously with Griffin Bacal's GB! Promotions, as group account director on its Sears business.
