She recently moved to San Antonio from Chicago, where she was an art director at the Mexican Fine Art Museum. Patricia Perez has arrived at the agency as head of administrative services and will serve as a coordinator in the newly established media department. Perez was formerly an administrative assistant in the media department at Bromley Aguilar & Associates. Adriana Zermeno has been appointed a media planner and buyer.

Healthway Communications Inter-national, an interactive healthcare communications company in Austin, has elected Cynthia Patrasso president of Orbis Broadcast Group, a unit of its technology and media division. Most recently, Patrasso held the position of vice president and executive producer of Intersport Inc.

Heather Roberts has been promoted to creative services manager at Michael & Partners, Dallas. In her new role, Roberts will manage all advertising and collateral projects.
Stuart Bacon has designated Rick L'Amie vice president of public relations. Before joining the Fort Worth agency, L'Amie served as vice president of account development and marketing communications at VNR-1 Communi-cations, a video production company.

Melody Campbell-Goeken has moved to The Atkins Agency, San Antonio, as public relations account manager. Formerly director of communications at the San Antonio Food Bank, Campbell-Goeken also has several years' experience in radio and television broadcasting. Patti Tanner has joined Atkins as public relations account executive. Previously, Tanner was a producer at KMOL-TV and KENS-TV in San Antonio.
Group Bolton, Dallas, has added Joel Jones as creative director. He will oversee the company's creative department and assist in new business initiatives. Jones most recently was a senior art director with The Maxfield Group. Cameron Fox also has joined the agency as an advertising account executive. Fox, formerly with The Maxfield Group, will manage the account of Robbins Hardwood Flooring.
Rich Malley has become a copywriter at T3 in Austin. Malley had been working as a microcomputer applications specialist and freelance writer. Marie Chancellor has joined the agency as print production manager. Prior to this position, Chancellor served as a production manager and print buyer in the retail marketing department of Founders Funds in Denver. P.J. Henderson has been employed by T3 as a junior account executive. He was most recently with Dell Computer Corp.
