CONNECTICUT Peter Mackey has been named managing director of Greenfield Consulting Group in Westport. He had been senior partner and worldwide management director at J. Walter Thompson in New York. MASSACHUSETTS Regina Ryan has joined Larry Miller Productions in Boston as managing director of account services. Jill Donohoe has come aboard as director of account development. Arnold Communications in Boston has announced the following promotions within the account team that handles the agency's flagship Volkswagen of North America business: Chris Kennard, account supervisor; Heather Faunce, account executive; and Meg Higgins, assistant account executive. Promoted elsewhere in the agency were: Paul Shannon, vice president and senior executive producer; Leslie Flavin, assistant account executive; Katherine Hennessey, director of art buying services; and Ali Asplund, art buyer. Arnold also has announced the following new hires: Elaine Totten, senior art buyer, and Danielle Gallagher, junior art buyer. Judy Maloney has been promoted from president to chairman and chief executive officer of Park Transit Displays, which administers transit advertising in the Bay State. She co-founded the Boston-based company in 1992. Michael Geden has been advanced from vice president and general manager to president. Feinstein Kean Partners in Cambridge has announced the following promotions: Christine Cramer, manager; Tina Murphy and Cheryl Gottlieb, senior account executives; and Stacy Dereshinsky, Jessica Smith and Nina Viswanathan, account executives. Caroline Bishop has been promoted to director of client services at TFA Communications, a Boston-based technology marketing agency. Susan Cohane has joined Lehman Millet, a medical specialty agency in Boston, as account manager of LMImpact, the shop's advertising business unit. She previously served as account manager at Dickinson Direct in Braintree. Rosanna Cadogan has been tapped by Lehman Millet as traffic director. She will oversee internal creative and production workflow for the shop's six business groups. Cadogan had been a production manager at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay. RHODE ISLAND Mary Talbot has been named director of marketing and communications at the Rhode Island Economic Development Corp. in Providence, a quasi-public agency responsible for promoting business development in the Ocean State. Talbot comes aboard from Citizens Bank in Providence, where she served as director of public relations. She also has worked for Duffy & Shanley in Providence, which handles the Rhode Island Economic Development Corp.'s ad account. RDW Group has expanded its ownership team to include Dante Bellini and Phillip Loscoe. Bellini, an executive vice president, joined the Providence agency last year when it bought Fern/Hanaway Monti & Partners in Warwick. Loscoe is a senior account executive. RDW has not revealed the amount of equity the two have received. Kevin Hickey has been named local sales manager at WPRI-TV in Providence, a CBS affiliate.
