COLORADO Strategic Medical Communications, a full-service medical and healthcare advertising agency in Denver, named Ted Katsinas associate vice president and account supervisor and Natalie Fletcher account coordinator/production assistant. IDAHO EvansGroup Technology, Boise, has added Virginia Saunders as creative group head. Kim St. Ours and Mark Davis have been promoted to associate creative directors. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Patricia Pearson has been named director of the healthcare practice at Burson-Marsteller's office in San Francisco. She has worked in healthcare public relations in London for the past six years. OREGON Sullivan Pattison Clevenger in Eugene has promoted Dewey Weddington to account executive. Prideaux Swearingen in Portland hired Brian Rupp as copywriter. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Flettene Parks Neal has been promoted to senior vice president and director of media planning at BBDO West in Los Angeles. Wiley & Associates, a marketing and advertising agency in Westlake Village, has hired Kate Fosselman as senior art director. The Roxburgh Agency in Costa Mesa hired Nicole Scott as account coordinator. Tracy E. Tone has joined Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger in San Diego as an account executive. Anjela Maurer joined People magazine in Los Angeles as account manager, replacing Janet Yano, who transferred to the magazine's San Francisco office as account manager.
