At Time Out New York magazine in New York, Cyndi Stivers moved up to president. Stivers will retain her editor-in-chief's title. Effective in January, advertising director Alison Tocci will become publisher of the periodical.

Erik Olsen, most recently executive vice president and managing director at Burson-Marsteller in New York, became managing director at Greenfield Consulting Group in Westport.
