TEXAS Shirley Richardson was hired by Williamson Printing, Dallas, as account executive. Richardson will be responsible for the company's sales in the Texas markets of San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. Lott McIlhenny recently joined Eller Media Co., San Antonio, as vice president of sales for the San Antonio market. His prior post was market manager for Transportation Displays, also San Antonio. Digital Marketing Services, Dallas, appointed George Harmon senior vice president of research services and Shelly Bracken senior director of business development. Previously, Harmon was group executive for Dairy Management Inc. in Washington, D.C., and Bracken was manager of integrated marketing information for J.C. Penney in Plano. Sensus Corp. in Austin hired Magnus Precht as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Precht has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical field. MC2, Austin, hired account manager Tibby Wilcox, formerly a manager with the City of Austin's cultural contracts program, and art director Rudy Bellg, who worked on real estate and automotive accounts at Goswick Advertising and Full Moon Communications, both in Houston. Dallas-based Gugel Advertising named David Kaeser vice president of planning and promoted Jane Chism to vice president and broadcast manager. Kaeser previously served as regional marketing manager in Dallas for IHOP Corp., while Chism was director of BJK&E's regional buying office in Irving, Texas. Computer City, Fort Worth, hired John McDowell as senior vice president of merchandising and marketing. McDowell had served as executive vice president of merchandising for Blockbuster Entertainment, headquartered in Dallas. ARKANSAS Jamie Fleming was promoted to marketing services manager at Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods, Little Rock. Fleming, who joined CJRW in 1995, was previously executive coordinator. She will be handling new business at the agency. Holly Taylor was appointed national sales manager at KARK-Channel 4, Little Rock. Taylor has been with the station four years as local account executive and research director. The Communications Group, Little Rock, elevated Dana Duvall to creative services assistant, a new post at the agency. She was previously traffic coordinator. NEW MEXICO Hayduk-King Advertising, Santa Fe, hired art director Ann Rafferty, production artist Anthony Esparsen and production manager Renae Romans. Rafferty formerly directed and operated Image Works in Seattle before relocating to Santa Fe. Esperson was with Quad Graphics in Anaheim, Calif., while Romans was account executive and production manager for Walker Creative in Oklahoma City. OKLAHOMA Brothers & Co., Tulsa, added media director Leslie Todd, account coordinator Erin St. John and copywriter Colin Carmichael.
