Grey International, a division of Grey Advertising, New York, tapped Eric Rosenkranz as regional director, Latin America. He was most recently the agency's director of client services for Latin America. Rosenkranz succeeds Frank Clarke, who retired after 30 years.
John Harwood has joined Sage Marketing Communications in Syracuse as a Web and multimedia designer. He previously worked as a Web specialist in the art department of Syracuse Language Systems and as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University.
Eric Mower and Associates, Syracuse, has elevated Kathy Gautier to associate media director and Rich Bittel to information technology administrator. EMA also hired Sophie Dunbar as an adminstrative assistant.
The One Club for Art & Copy, New York, elected three new members to its board for 1999.
Joining the 12 returning members are John Butler, co-creative director and founding partner at Butler Shine & Stern, Sausalito, Calif.; John Doyle, senior vice president, co-executive creative director with Publicis & Hal Riney, San Francisco; and Steve Simpson, partner and creative director at Goodby, Silverstein and & Partners, San Francisco.
Priscilla Natkins joined the Ad Council, New York, as senior vice president, team leader. She spent the last four years at Bates USA, New York, where she was senior vice president, account director on T. Rowe Price.
Brenda Seidner was appointed advertising sales and marketing manager in the new media division of Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing, New York. She will sell banner advertising and develop online marketing programs for Web site Parents.com. She was most recently an account manager at Disney Adventures.
Chancellor Marketing Group, New York, named Michael Barnett senior vice president of national sales. He was director of CBS Promotions Group, New York.
NEW JERSEY
Peter Holmberg joined the MWW Group, East Rutherford, as account supervisor. He held the same post at Dewe Rogerson, where he developed and implemented investor and media relations programs.
Linett & Harrison, Millburn, promoted two staff members. Controller Joyce Stivali advanced to vice president, adding management responsibilities to her role, and Eric Bercarich moved up to media planner/buyer.
Integrated Communications, Parsippany, elevated several staff members: Dr. Lee Howell to group vice president, medical director; Rita Shukow to senior production manager; Basil Guirguis to account coordinator; Emily Weigel to assistant account executive; Michele Eveland to senior accounts payable supervisor; and Judy Evaristo to supervisor, escrow accountant. Also in Parsippany, the agency hired Stacy Greimel as media coordinator and Sean Sweeney as account coordinator. At its Lawrenceville office, the agency elevated Celine Darche to senior vice president, operations officer and Greg Librizzi to art director; and hired Tom Browne as senior graphic specialist and Nicholas Combates as medical writer.
Remedy Information Services, Princeton, appointed Robert Enck president. Before joining the agency, he was at Summit Medical Systems in Minneapolis.
Success Advertising, the recruitment division of the Cherenson Group, Livingston, has added Alyson Winslow Rice as an account executive. She had been a senior media planner at Young & Rubicam, New York.
PENNSYLVANIA
Conshohocken's Trinity Communications expanded its creative team, adding Ken Kauffman as vice president, medical education and Dr. Jeff Fletcher as vice president, scientific affairs. Both will be responsible for the shop's scientific offerings.
The Hal Lewis Group, Philadelphia, appointed Wayne Johnson vice president, creative director/copy and Blake Benner account executive.
Robert Bell was named director of market development at brand and corporate identity firm Hanson Associates, Philadelphia. Prior to joining the agency, he handled development, structural design and package production for several companies.
CONNECTICUT
Jonathan Ressler joined promotional marketing company TLP, Wilton, as strategic planner/director of client services on the agency's United Distillers and Vintners business. Prior to joining the shop, he was chief marketing officer at B-12, a New York sales promotion agency.
J. Brown/LMC Group, Stamford, has formed a new division, J. Brown/Promotion, with Karen Koslow as president. She was senior vice president, director of strategic promotional marketing at Wunderman Cato Johnson, New York.
