A CONNECTICUT Amber Boccetti joined Keiler & Co., Farmington, as coordinator of the agency's consulting practice. Boccetti had been with Kaestle Boos Associates, New Britain, where she developed concept, design and layout for brochures, presentations and trade shows. Lang/Durhan & Co., West Hartford, welcomed Stephen Poulson as senior vice president of client services. Poulson will oversee strategic planning, marketing and various accounts at the shop. He has worked for Mintz & Hoke, Young & Rubicam and Lintas. Suzanne Adams was named account executive in the public relations department of The Atlantic Group in Norwalk. Previously, she served as a senior account executive for Hill & Knowlton, New York. A MASSACHUSETTS Philip Pennellatore joined Schneider & Associates, Boston, as an account supervisor. He will work on the MIT Sloan School of Management, Omni Foods and Willey Bros. accounts, among others. Prior to joining Schneider, he worked at Regan Communications, also in Boston, implementing public affairs strategies and community relationship programs for the Boston Celtics, New Balance and Royal Majesty Cruise Lines. Schneider also added Chris Morse as an account supervisor. Morse will handle media relations for MIT, Philips Analytical and Pioneer Investment Management. Morse previously worked for Fitzgerald Communications, Cambridge, on high-tech accounts, including Iconomy.com, Bindview and GTE Internetworking. BBL Advertising, Acton, added Lena Ramalho as an account coordinator, assisting on EDAconnect.com, Fairchild Semiconductor and Vicom Systems. Jodran Berson came aboard as media coordinator. Erica Waasdorp joined DMW Worldwide, Braintree, as vice president of fundraising. She spent seven years with the International Fund for Animal Welfare, where she directed donor acquisition, sustainer and planned giving programs for the U.S., Europe, South Africa and Australia. Deanna Charpentier joined DMW as an account executive. She had been with Directech/eMerge in Lexington. Dana Beale joined Allen & Gerritsen, Watertown, as group marketing director, working on accounts such as Onecore.com, ProLogis and Prospero. He had been with Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, working as a management supervisor on Fidelity Investments, one of the shop's largest accounts. Dana Gillis was hired as a senior production manager, overseeing vendor relationships and serving as mentor to the production and traffic departments. Gillis had also been with Hill, Holliday, serving most recently as print production manager for the direct marketing group. Jeff Tully was named production supervisor at A&G, coming from Heater Advertising, Boston, where he was director of print production. Helen Stamateas joined as a marketing associate, working on Waters Corp. and ProLogis. Michael McDougall, a senior partner at Bozell Kamstra, Danvers, was named to the board of trustees of the Montserrat College of Art in Beverly. Leslie Barnhart Drohan joined Sterling Hager, Watertown, as director of account services. She had been in charge of corporate communications for MathWorks. Chris Ragognetti was promoted to senior account manager at Target Marketing & Promotions, Boston. Amy Perodeau was advanced to assistant account manager. She works on the Eight O'Clock Coffee, Dr. Pepper/Seven Up and Roxy.com accounts. Tim Gillingham was named copywriter at Arnold Communications, Boston. He had been with Holland Mark Edmund Ingalls, also in Boston. Katherine Hennessey was promoted to director of art buying services at Arnold. She had been a senior art buyer. Jeoff Tardif joined as interactive digital manager and will work on all aspects of digital operations at the shop. Prior to joining Arnold, he was a freelance MIS professional. Tom Black was advanced to production manager, working on Titleist and McDonald's. Barry Frenchette joined as group head producer, working on McDonald's. Danae Fogarty and Ken Kingdon were upped to associate producers; both had been assistant producers at the shop. Peter Sutters was named vice president of account services at Directech/eMerge, Lexington. He comes from Amergent, where he was director of business development and later a vice president. Vincent Manzi, the general sales manager of WLVI-TV, Boston, was named vice president and general manager of the WB Network station. Peter Arnold Associates, Wellesley, hired Stephanie Oakley and Susan Lee-Butts as associates. A RHODE ISLAND Evelyn Moore was hired as office manager for Fleming & Roskelly, Newport, responsible for day-to-day office operations including personnel and production
