GEORGIA The Creative Club of Atlanta has announced its scholarship winners for best student portfolio in the Southeast. Andy Linardatos, a copywriter from The Portfolio Center, won a $1,100 prize and Clark Hook, an art director from The Creative Circus, received a $500 award. Larry Hauser, chief executive officer of The Hauser Group in Savannah, was recently awarded the Savannah Advertising Federation's Silver Medal. Manning, Selvage & Lee in Atlanta has added a new employee and promoted two staff members. Kathleen Kinney has arrived at the agency as an account supervisor, while Dalia Baseman Faupel and Holly Shaw have progressed to account supervisors. Constance Barkley-Lewis has been named senior vice president of marketing at TBS Superstation in Atlanta. Barkley-Lewis has been with TBS as vice president of entertainment marketing. Infinitee Communications in Atlanta has made the following personnel moves: David Kelker has been promoted to vice president and creative director and Jeffrey Cohn has been named vice president of marketing. Sheri Kell has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of PR Prose in Atlanta. Kell was formerly vice president and director of public relations for Newsmakers Public Relations. Bill Franks has joined the staff of Atlanta-based Grizzard as manager of the agency's database marketing. LOUISIANA Kupper Parker/Fitzgerald in New Orleans has added Tom Voelker as a senior writer in its creative department. Voelker was with another local shop, Gallinghouse Group, before joining Kupper Parker/Fitzgerald. MARYLAND Fast & Associates in Columbia has added three new staff members. Teresa Asher and Jennifer Rubin have arrived at the shop as account executives and Chris Fucci was employed as a Web site and production designer. Rosse & Associates in Sparks has promoted director of production services Robert Wornom to vice president of operations. Gabrielle Seyffert Jacobson has been hired as a public relations senior account executive at Gray, Kirk Vansant in Baltimore. Previously, Seyffert Jacobson had been with The Enterprise Foundation in Columbia. NORTH CAROLINA Barbara Perkins has been named vice president and head of the new Raleigh office of Little Rock, Ark.-based Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods. Perkins was formerly employed at Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages in St. Louis. Other staff members recruited for the agency's new outpost in North Carolina are Becky Beaty as media director, Ginger Duncan as office manager and account executive, and Donny O'Dell as account supervisor. Jim Stadler has been designated a senior copywriter at Wray Ward Laseter in Charlotte. Before joining WWL, Stadler served in the same capacity at The William Cook Agency in Jacksonville, Fla. Cadmus Direct in Charlotte has added five new employees and promoted two staff members. The new personnel at Cadmus Direct are Jay Lutz and John Walker as programmer analysts, Debbie Malagisi as senior programmer analyst, and Natalie Neff and Lucy Woodham as account supervisors. Moving up at the agency are Sarah Adams to account executive and Keonna Torrence to account coordinator. Karl Knepley has joined The Inspirational Network in Charlotte as vice president and chief financial officer. SOUTH CAROLINA Anderson Communications Group in Hilton Head has installed Kathy Ewell as general manager of Anderson Interactive Media. Ewell comes to the agency after 12 years with Digital Equipment Corp. TENNESSEE Bill Hudson and Associates in Nashville has announced two staff promotions and a new employee. Advancing at the company are Steve Travis to senior account supervisor and Mark Price to associate account executive. The new hire is Cory Koslin, who comes to the agency as an account executive. VIRGINIA KSK Communications in Vienna has promoted Laura Fiochetta to account executive. Fiochetta had been working at the agency as an associate account executive. Sharon Brooks & Associates Advertising in Richmond has added Lisa Jenkins to its production operation as a traffic manager. Jenkins arrives at the shop from a similar post at The Arnold Agency, also in Richmond. CommuniQue Marketing in Richmond has added five staff members. The marketing communications company's new employees are art director Lori Campbell, studio artist Janet Chase, traffic manager Jan Cooper, new business and account service specialist Shannon Moody and copywriter Latanger Taylor.
