Thomas Early advanced to principal and manager of Morgan, Anderson & Co.'s New York office. Early, who was a senior consultant in the firm's agency compensation assessment practice, previously held senior financial posts at both Lintas and J. Walter Thompson. N.W. Ayer & Partners, New York, signed David Henke as executive vice president and creative director on the General Motors account. Before joining Ayer, Henke was executive vice president and executive director of creative services at Temerlin McClain, Irving, Texas. Lauri Feldman, Charlene Horvath, Lynn Keefer, Jerry Siano and Mindy Tegay, all vice presidents and management supervisors at Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor, advanced to senior vice presidencies at the New York agency. Harrison & Star, New York, named Charles Doomany senior vice president and chief financial officer. Doomany was most recently internal audit director at the healthcare communications agency's parent company, Omnicom Group. Marissa Thompson, a vice president and management supervisor at Jerry & Ketchum for the past year, moved up to senior vice president and group director at the New York agency. Steven Kaufman, former vice president and associate director of direct response and interactive media at Ammirati Puris Lintas Direct, joined Lowe Direct in New York as vice president and director of media and database operations. Creative Partners, Purchase, selected Roberta Cohen director of marketing. Previously, Cohen was an advertising manager at MRA Publications in Greenwich, Conn. Richard Zehner and Pamela Politano were designated director of affiliate systems and director of sales administration, respectively, at A&E Television Networks in New York. Publicis/Bloom, New York, hired Jim Basirico as senior art director, the same title he recently held at Deutsch.
