She succeeds Ralph Campbell, who assumes the chairmanship. Also, Kim Thomason has been appointed vice president of creative and granted an ownership stake. A.R. (Al) Linklater has joined The Iam Group in St. Petersburg as vice president of account services. Turkel Schwartz & Partners, Miami, has promoted Manny Hernandez to studio manager and hired three employees: digital artists Jean-Paul Picard and Arturo Sandoval and production director George Kaftan. Lizz King has joined Spiro & Waites Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations, Fort Myers, as senior public relations specialist. Tricycle Studios, the Tampa interactive and multimedia company, has promoted Tona K. Bell to vice president and partner. GEORGIA Braindance founder Moira Shanahan has named Samuel Horgan president.
