Mark Freeman Associates, Cleveland, hired John L. Fox as media director.

LaRosa's appointed Pete Buscani the executive vice president of marketing for the Cincinnati-based pizza and Italian restaurant chain.

Libby Perszyk Kathman promoted Mike White to senior designer. The Cincinnati firm also named Laura Bofinger a project manager and Robin Horst an editorial director.

Gerbig, Snell/Weisheimer & Associates in Columbus appointed R. Blane Walter its chief executive officer. He succeeds Robert L. Gerbig who intends to retire within the next year.
