He previously served as senior art director for FCB in San Francisco.Iballs Internet Media, a digital marketing-optimization company and New York subsidiary of Avenue A, has promoted Torrence Boone to vice president, general manager, client services. He formerly served as iballs' general manager, responsible for client services.Creative Media in New York has named Coreen Gelber senior vice president, director of local broadcast.
