COLORADO Morey Mahoney Advertising in Denver hired Leann Dawson as vice president, media director. Dawson joins the agency from Thomas & Perkins, where she worked as media director. Greg Kleinert joined the Muir Agency in Colorado Springs as creative director. He formerly served as creative director for the LeGrand Group. IDAHO Oliver, Russell & Associates in Boise hired Ryan Donahue as a production designer. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Sunset Publishing Corp. in Menlo Park promoted Courtney Compton to vice president, marketing director from marketing director. Bruce Wingate joined J. Stokes & Associates in Walnut Creek as vice president of marketing. The agency also hired Jennifer Beth Elseman as an account coordinator for food service and retail clients. Elseman previously served as an account coordinator at Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco. Steve Myers and Mark Leach joined the target planning department of Miller/Huber Relationship Marketing, San Francisco, as media supervisor and marketing analyst, respectively. Myers previously served as a media supervisor at Bronner Slosberg Humphrey in Boston. Leach was a business analyst at American Management Systems' Consumer Financial Services Group. Dimmick & Fornari in Redwood City hired David Morrison as an account supervisor. Morrison joins the agency from Adobe Systems in San Jose, where he was corporate brand marketing manager. Edelman Public Relations Worldwide named Harry Pforzheimer III executive vice president and general manager of its Silicon Valley office. Pforzheimer previously ran corporate communications for Silicon Graphics for six years and most recently led The Weber Group's West Coast operations. Goldberg Moser O'Neill in San Francisco hired Marybeth Gilliam as senior account planner; Ashley Matchett as account supervisor; Darcie Fannin and Kim Mendelson as account executives; Bill Chamness and Dominic Bernacchi as account coordinators; and Anna Hernandez as assistant media planner. The agency also promoted Jill Enriquez to associate media director; Michelle Chan to media supervisor; and Stephen Moyer, Andy Read and Julie Bowyer each to media planner. OREGON Sullivan Pattison Clevenger in Eugene appointed Tim Clevenger president of the shop. Clevenger previously served as the agency's vice president, client services. ID, Incorporated in Portland hired Lev Liberman as its new interactive creative director. Lillian A. Tsai joined Eisenberg in Portland as a senior account executive. Young & Roehr Group in Portland hired Anno Ballard as senior copywriter. Before joining the agency, Ballard worked at Gerber Advertising, spending five years as creative director and six years as copywriter. Robley Marketing added Kristin Curtis as advertising account coordinator. Curtis previously was an account assistant and traffic manager at Creative Co. in Salem. The Portland agency also added Peter Yue as a graphic designer. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Richard Longwell was hired by Universal Music and Video Distribution in Universal City as senior vice president of sales and distribution-video. Longwell previously served as senior vice president and general manager, international, at MGM Home Entertainment. Hard Rock Cafe International appointed Tom Lazaroff director of marketing. Lazaroff, who will be based in Los Angeles, will oversee promotions, advertising and publicity for the Hard Rock Cafe restaurants. Ivy Kazenoff joined Robaire and Hogshead in Venice as director of operations. Kazenoff comes to the freelance creative department from executive recruitment firm Jerry Fields Associates in New York, where she was a senior recruiter. The shop also hired copywriter Josh Bloomberg and art director Kyle Mitchell. Third Eye in San Diego hired Wendy Hutchison as media director and Janet Ross as print production manager. Hutchison has worked for Grey Advertising, BBDO and Foote, Cone & Belding. Ross worked at TBWA/Chiat/Day before Third Eye. Katie Adams was appointed executive producer at Backyard Productions, Venice. She previously worked at Digital Domain as director of commercial production. Hilary Kaye Associates in Tustin added Eve Gumpel as an account executive and promoted Mike Kilroy to senior account executive. Veteran West Coast art director Greg Clancey joined executive search firm Nice Move in Manhattan Beach to build the firm's creative franchise. EDS Digital Studios in Los Angeles promoted Steve Wyskocil from executive vice president to president. Jim Kealy joined 3 Ring Circus, an international broadcast marketing and design firm and production company, as creative director. RiechesBaird Advertising in Irvine added Angela Dahlhoff as an account coordinator. DiZinno Thompson Integrated Marketing Solutions in San Diego hired Kathy Pettus as director of direct marketing and Aimee Cebulski as public relations strategist.
