CONNECTICUT Tom Lantz has joined Relationship Marketing Group in Fairfield as executive vice president of sales. He previously served as vice president of sales for Madison Direct Marketing in Greenwich. William Cronin Jr., president of Cronin & Co. in Glastonbury, has been appointed to the Connecticut Children's Trust Fund Council by State Senate Republican Leader M. Adela Eads. Group Four in Avon has named Robert Mitchell accounting manager and Carol Hoyem junior designer. Mitchell most recently was self-employed, while Hoyem was a designer with Libby MacDonald Shear in Stamford. MAINE Talk America in Portland has tapped J. Garrison Carpenter as general counsel. He most recently was in private practice in Concord, N.H., where he specialized in corporate and contract law. MASSACHUSETTS Reebok International in Stoughton has hired Anne Pirot as senior vice president of global apparel. Pirot most recently served as vice president of Reebok's European apparel group. Polaroid Graphics Imaging in Waltham has named Bruce Harrison divisional vice president and director of operations. He previously held senior management posts at IRIS Graphics and Optronics. McDermott/O'Neill & Associates in Boston has appointed James Baptiste general manager and Christine Walsh director of human resources. Baptiste had been director of business development and marketing at the public affairs and strategic communications firm. Walsh had served as the firm's office manager. David Munn has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Information Technology Services in Lexington. He had been executive vice president. Nitin Mukul has joined van Schouwen Associates in Springfield as a graphic designer. He was a graphic designer and art director at WGBY-TV in Springfield. Elizabeth Giangrande has been hired by the Worcester Common Outlets as assistant marketing director. She has worked at Woodbury & Co. and Palley Advertising, both in Worcester. Internet Technologies Group in Boston has named Deborah Perry vice president of sales and marketing. She was most recently with Online Environs in Cambridge. Dickinson Direct in Braintree has named Jennifer Lupo account coordinator, Brian Plunkett manager of information technology and Ellen Weaver senior account executive. Lupo was most recently with Direct Results Group in Boston, where she worked for Bay State Gas. Plunkett joined the agency from Summit Technologies in Waltham, where he was an MIS supervisor in client services. Weaver was previously a sales executive for Webb/Mason in Boston. Selbert Perkins Design in Cambridge has promoted David Lennon to vice president of studio operations from studio manager. Lennon has been with the agency for the past six years. Cyrk in Gloucester has appointed Kelly Anderson managing director of direct marketing in its New York office. She previously served as vice president at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing.
