Fellers Marketing and Advertising, Austin, has welcomed Grant Belaire, formerly with TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group, as account supervisor.

Tom Newton has joined Whole Wheat Creative, Houston, as senior design director. Aimee Borders, formerly with BBDO Houston, also comes aboard as account supervisor.

Mc2 Creative, Austin, has added Scott Petrie to its staff as senior designer. Petrie arrives at the agency from Nsomnia Design, where he was a principal and served as a creative director for three years.

Burk Advertising & Marketing, Dallas, has recruited Kelly William Koskins as new media director for its business-to-business clients. Koskins was formerly a freelance art director.

Karyn Simmons has joined Austin-based Kolar Advertising & Marketing as strategic planner and account manager for clients including Question.com, ACC, 3M, Newgistics and Dell. Simmons was most recently a marketing communications manager for Dell Enterprise Systems Group.

Tonic Software, Austin, has hired Gwen Smith as director of public relations. Smith most recently held the director of marketing position at FreeMe.com.

Kristie Stewart has joined The Albrecht Agency, Houston, as account executive responsible for clients Netstream Communications and Stewart & Stevenson, as well as new business development. Her former title was marketing analyst at Brand Imagination.

Flowers & Fedele has added four new employees to its Dallas staff. Jolie Sellers, former marketing coordinator at Southern Methodist University, has been retained as account executive. Kristine Lombardi, formerly with TLP in Dallas, has become senior art director. Joel Jones, most recently with The Bolton Group, has been added as associate creative director. Pre-press manager Javier Adams has moved to the agency after serving as a Mac operator and production artist at Laser Tech Color.

In Austin, WarrenCordes+ has promoted Eric Clark to vice president of public relations.

Jamie Henderson, formerly of Zenith Media, has been hired as broadcast buyer at The McCarthy Companies, Dallas. The agency has also promoted Michael Smith to senior account executive, Amy Keeney to account executive and Dan Llana to director of broadcast purchasing.

Direct Marketing Network, Houston, has appointed Gerry Hurwitz group head of its new interactive marketing operation.

Rapp Collins Worldwide/Dallas has hired Cathy Clift as executive vice president and director of insight and innovation. Before joining the agency, Clift was director of strategic planning at McCann-Erickson.

Stuart Bacon Advertising & Public Relations, Fort Worth, has named David Sims senior art director. Previously, Sims was an art director at Magnolia Media Group and Summit Publishing.

Traffic manager Aine Miller has joined the staff of Griffith Phillips Creative, Dallas, from a similar position at Eisenberg & Associates.
