A ARIZONA Moses Anshell, a Phoenix-based full-service marketing communications agency, appointed Elaine Vallario vice president/creative director, Karen Marvel vice president, brand planning, and Denise Draper client services manager. A COLORADO Eleanor Bonoan joined Big Cat Marketing Communications in Colorado Springs as an account coordinator. A HAWAII Starr Seigle Communications added several new staff members. Rejoining the Honolulu firm are Ali Akamine, Patrick Torres and Tonie Chong. New hires include Craig Furuya as print production manager and Cynthia Lee as a media assistant. A NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Frankel, a promotional marketing agency in the Publicis agency network, named four new vice presidents and one new senior vice president in its San Francisco office. The agency promoted Eurydice Chrones to vice president, creative director; Noreen Connor to vice president, account director; Lori Leiva to senior vice president, director of client services; and Lisa Nerren to vice president, account director. Glen Mellinger was also named vice president, account director. Goldberg Moser O'Neill in San Francisco has made several promotions and additions. Within its advertising design group, the agency hired Rick Atwood as creative director and Noreen Doherty and Iris Moy as senior designers. Bob Goeldner joined the broadcast production department, which also promoted John Cady to broadcast traffic and talent manager and hired Monique Veillette as a staff producer. Fox station KTVU-TV Channel 2 in San Francisco named Richard J. Rogers sports sales manager. Rogers most recently served as president/chief marketing director for the Oakland Football Marketing Association. A OREGON Paige McCarthy joined Portland advertising firm Grady Britton as a senior account manager. A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Director Paul Vester joined Klasky Csupo in Hollywood as creative director, digital and mixed media, in the agency's commercial division, Class-Key Chew-Po Commercials. Fred Taylor and Steve Sullivan joined KNX Newsradio in Los Angeles as senior account executives on the sales staff. Jorge Ferreiro was promoted to senior vice president, creative resources at Fox Family Worldwide in Los Angeles. Asher & Partners in Los Angeles promoted Mike Dillon to partner and Laurie MacMurray to account director. Nora Perotti joined Gladstone International, a public relations firm in Irvine, as an account coordinator handling Hispanic media relations. Imada Wong Communications Group in Los Angeles added Benny Lai as an account supervisor, Rei Wei Chu as chief copywriter and Kevin Wang as art director. Rogers and Associates in Los Angeles hired Michael Diamond as a management supervisor and Derek Aney, Erik Nasarenko and Stephan Pippen as account supervisors. OhGolly.com, a Newport Beach company that grows small businesses online, appointed Jennifer Carey director of marketing communications, Sheila Shelton vice president of subscriber acquisition and retention, Amy Kavanaugh vice president of marketing, Jeff Daniels vice president of direct marketing and Ron Mason director of business development. BDS Marketing in Irvine hired Mike Skinner as chief information officer. Skinner, who previously served as vice president of product development for MarketStar, will oversee technology and system architecture planning and development. A UTAH Euro RSCG/DSW Partners in Salt Lake City hired several new staffers. Joining the team are Kim Reynolds as an interactive production designer, James Rabdau and Dung Hoang as senior art directors in the interactive department, Todd Farris as an interactive job manager, Adam Justis as an interactive account manager and Brook Harker as an interactive production designer. A WASHINGTON The Seattle office of DDB hired Jacquie Arnatt as a management supervisor overseeing the agency's digital media business, Hillary Gray as a public service planner and Amy MacIver as an assistant account executive. Michelle Lambert was named account supervisor in the issues and advocacy group at DDB's Washington, D.C., satellite office.
