Tracy Aiken joined GO&A Marketing Communications in Jacksonville as senior vice president. Aiken previously was director of business development for McCann-Erickson in Russia, where she worked on accounts such as Johnson & Johnson, Gillette, AT&T, Kraft Foods and Heineken.
GEMS Television, an international Spanish-language cable network directed at women and families, named Dan Waite vice president of programming. Previously, he was vice president of sales and acquisitions for Coral Pictures Corp.
Courtney & Watson in Miami added five senior staffers: Paula Belleggie, director of client services for the agency's general market division; Pedro Mascar—, director of client services for the international division; Andrea Glanz, new business director; Marilyn Fleischman, traffic and production manager; and Chris Romero, senior art director.
Ideas Publishing Group in Miami designated Madelin Bosakewich publisher of Glamour en Espa„ol. She had been U.S. advertising director for Editorial Televisa.
Paxson Communications Corp. in West Palm Beach promoted Seth Grossman to senior vice president of investor relations and corporate development. The firm also selected Douglas Barker as vice president of affiliate relations for Pax Net, a family entertainment network.
Scott Bowman signed with Magic Pencil Studios as director of marketing and public relations. He had served as senior vice president of community relations and corporate communications for Barnett Bank in Central Florida.
GEORGIA
KilgannonMcReynolds in Atlanta signed director of client services Kalpana Finucan, formerly vice president and group account director at crosstown shop WestWayne; account manager Joyce Faulkner, whose previous experience includes Copeland Hirthler; and account group supervisor Ellen Repasky, previously senior account executive at Clarion Direct in Greenwich, Conn.
Idea Associates, Atlanta, welcomed Heather Murdock as public relations and media director and Lucy Brunning as account executive. Previously, Murdock served as marketing and public relations coordinator for Torrey Homes/D.R. Horton Custom Homes. Brunning had worked as account coordinator and office manager at Weiss & Associates in Miami.

MARYLAND
Callahan and Co., Baltimore, appointed Bruce Stover and Mary Caplan account executives. Stover has 10 years experience in local media sales; Caplan was previously assistant account executive at Eisner & Associates, also in Baltimore.
MGH Advertising in Baltimore selected Charles Tildon III vice president and management supervisor. Tildon's resume includes Conquest Communications Consulting Group, where he was president, and McDonald's Corp., where he was regional marketing supervisor.
NORTH CAROLINA
Coyne Beahm Marketing & Advertising in Colfax promoted Chris Burcaw from senior copywriter to associate creative director and Susie Blackwell from marketing assistant to account executive.
Charlotte-based Corder, Philips & Wilson brought aboard three staff members: account executive Caroline Campbell, previously with Price/McNabb; media planner Lori Szoke, who has worked for several local agencies as media planner and buyer; and art director Criss Ucman, whose previous employers include Discovery Place and First Union.
SOUTH CAROLINA
Jackson-Dawson Marketing Communications in Greenville hired three new employees: account manager D. Scott Moore, previously director of marketing communications at Liberty Corp. in Greenville; account executive Bonnie Phillips, who was with Michelin North America's customer and public relations departments; and administrative assistant Rebecca Kovach, formerly a training coordinator at a local employment agency.
TENNESSEE
Gaylene Barnes advanced to director of operations at Nashville-based Gish, Sherwood & Friends. Since joining the agency in 1990, she held the posts of traffic manager and office manager.
