Before joining the agency, Geis was vice president in charge of account management at Bombaci and Mitchell Associates in Westwood, Mass. Feliciano was senior publicist at The Globe Pequot Press in Old Saybrook. Elisabeth Strillacci has joined Cronin & Co. in Glastonbury as public relations account executive. The shop also has promoted Laura Gibbs to public relations account executive and Leigh Newton to public relations assistant account executive. Mintz & Hoke in Avon has hired Josh Dennis as media assistant. Dennis is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Moving Pictures Video & Film in Glastonbury has tapped Rebecca Benedict as production assistant. Before joining the shop, Benedict interned with Boyd Productions in Hartford. MASSACHUSETTS Lashley & Co. in Boston has appointed Jane Sinclair account coordinator. Hugh Flanigan has joined Philip Johnson Associates in Cambridge as vice president and creative director. He is responsible for expanding the company's electronic and advertising capabilities. Flanigan previously was senior art director for America Online/Redgate.
