Churchill Group, Houston, promoted Melissa Ropp to account executive and hired associate account executive Emily Rice. Ropp has been with Churchill for three years, while Rice joined the company from Paradigm Communications.
Chelsea Abadie joined Emery & Martinez, El Paso, as account executive. Abadie will work on accounts such as Sun Metro Transit Systems and Benny's Pawn Store. She arrived from R.J. Kolar, Austin.
Fuller Dyal & Stamper, Austin, brought in graphic designer Charles Robertson. His background includes work at design firms Alexander Isley, Wiggin Design and Drenttel Doyle Partners, all New York.
NLynx Systems, Austin, hired Jim Robillard as vice president of marketing from Advanced Micro De-vices, also Austin.
Jenni Bullington, formerly account executive with Publicis/Bloom Public Relations in Dallas, joined Meltzer & Martin Public Relations, also Dallas, in a similar post.
Lee Marketing Services, Dallas, named Rick Glashan information systems director and Jeff Robinson vice president of mail operations, where he will oversee the firm's production facilities.
The Maxfield Group, Irving, added account executive Stephanie Coggin. She previously functioned in the same capacity at Byrne Johnson, Dallas, and will work on the Electronic Data Systems and Tarrant Interiors accounts.
Austin-based R.J. Kolar promoted Bud Hasert to broadcast writer and producer and hired production artist Michele Gilmore. Hasert has been with the agency for three years. Gilmore was a graphic artist with Round Rock Screen Painting in Round Rock.
McBride, Dealey & Associates, Dallas, tapped Crystal Baker as marketing vice president and Jason Barnes as creative services vice president for its new corporate communications division. Baker had been marketing director at Eisenberg and Associates, Dallas, while Barnes was a principal at Eisenberg.
Southwest Teleproductions, Dallas, hired Patrick Caster as general manager and Mark Price as sales director. Caster was previously general manager of Impact Productions in Hurst, while Price was sales and marketing director for Screaming Pictures, also Dallas.
Regian & Wilson, Fort Worth, welcomed art director Les Hicks, a former local freelancer, and media coordinator Amy Hughes. Hughes most recently was with the City of Colleyville Police Department.
Alcatel Network Systems, Richardson, named Allyson Sharp marketing and business development director. Sharp has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and product management.
Padgett Printing, Dallas, hired Pamela Wilson as sales representative.

Stone & Ward, Little Rock, promoted three staffers: account executive Chance Schanzlin, formerly assistant account executive; public relations writer and publicist Kyle Brazzel, previously public relations assistant account executive; and traffic manager Nikki Chumley, who was a traffic assistant. The agency also hired account executive Wanda Young and associate art director Alex Kozelle.
