ALABAMA The Mobile office of Lewis Advertising has added two new staffers. They are director of business development Jackie Pietri and account coordinator Julie Jeter. Lewis also has offices in Birmingham and Nashville, Tenn. FLORIDA Wendy Joel-Stines has been promoted from assistant account executive to account executive at Jacksonville's St. John & Partners. She has been with the agency since 1994. In her new role, Stines will oversee account work for clients like World Golf Village, The Residences at World Golf Village, Imax Theater and Florida Banks. In the agency's public relations department, Rosa Herrera has become an account coordinator. Prior to coming to the shop, she was a marketing and public relations intern at the North Florida Regional Medical Center. Ken Hassler has joined R.J. Gibson in North Palm Beach as director of Internet services. Hassler's responsibilities include graphic design, layout and multimedia programming. Ericsson Mobile Phones, which is headquartered in Miami, has appointed Fred Medina director of marketing for the Americas. In his new position, Medina will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing communications programs in North and Latin America. GEORGIA Pat Alderman has been elected president of the Atlanta office of CadmusCom, an agency based in Richmond, Va. Alderman will oversee the day-to-day operation of the location, working with clients like Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, J.C. Penney's and Rich's. WestWayne in Atlanta has hired three staffers and promoted three employees. Denise Manning has arrived as office services manager; Alison Miller has been recruited as an assistant account executive; and Elisa DeBernardo has been added as a broadcast media assistant. Moving up at the agency are Taylor Crawford to art director, Craig Jelniker to broadcast producer and Brian Jordan to traffic manager. MARYLAND Buckley Marketing, a full-service advertising agency in Columbia, has added two employees. Jasmine Tobias has come aboard in the role of multimedia producer and Sally Williams has joined the creative department as an illustrator. Eisner & Associates in Baltimore has employed seven new staff members: Marie Dundas-Kelly, account supervisor; Jackie Villet, Claire Rhinehart and Carrie Danler, assistant account executives; Eric Okimoto, graphic artist; Mary King, senior accounting assistant; and Brian Reed, account coordinator. NORTH CAROLINA Coyne Beahm in Greensboro has promoted Charles Mattina to senior vice president of marketing. Mattina had been vice president. The shop also added Dwayne Hamlett as an art director and Mary Stroup as a proofreader. SOUTH CAROLINA Jackson-Dawson Marketing in Greenville has assigned three new staffers to its Michelin account group. Dave Koss has been named account manager, responsible for overseeing the Michelin Earthmover Tire group. Tate Hoxworth comes to the agency as an account representative on the Michelin Americas Small Tires unit. Jill Deretchin has been hired as an account representative as well, working on a variety of projects. TENNESSEE Bryan Rodgers has progressed to vice president and creative director at The Maryland Group in Brentwood. He came to the agency in 1997 as creative director from his post as president of another shop, Rodgers & Brandon. Suzanne Bone, formerly with Mercantile Stores, has joined The Buntin Group in Nashville as group media director. Bonnie Hamm was signed as a media buyer. VIRGINIA The AD Agency in Tyson's Corner has appointed Monica Korterlitsky account executive and Adam Konowe public relations account executive.
