A belief in the growth potential of regional shops has led a former Saatchi & Saatchi executive to accept a new position at Tierney & Partners.
Gary Moss, who was worldwide account director on Procter & Gamble at Saatchi in New York, is now senior vice president and director of brand development at the Philadelphia shop. He also joins its executive board.
“Gary brings a level of expertise to the agency that will not only benefit current and new clients, but will also position us as a national player,” said Brian Tierney, president and chief executive.
At Tierney, the 48-year-old Moss will focus mainly on new business, although he will also deal with existing clients.
