Mosallem, Color Wheel Defendants Plead Not Guilty

NEW YORK — The defendants in U.S. Department of Justice investigation of print production house Color Wheel and Mitchell Mosallem, the former Grey Advertising graphic services director, were arraigned this morning by the U.S. Magistrate and all entered a plea of not guilty on fraud and conspiracy charges.

In addition to Mosallem, who posted a personal recognizance bond for $1 million, the other defendants included Haluk Ergulec, the owner of the Color Wheel; who also posted a $1 million PRB; Birj Deckmejian, a Color Wheel print services salesman and was served with a $100,000 PRB; and John Ghianni, a print services salesman for an unnamed and unindicted print production house and also served with a $100,000 PRB.
