Bob Moore, who arrived at Fallon just 19 months ago in the role of creative director, is leaving to take a top job at Publicis in the West.

Moore was hired at Fallon to help run the creative department so that David Lubars could focus on his duties as co-president.

Moore, 41, joins the Seattle shop, which, like Fallon, is part of the Publicis Groupe, at the beginning of May as co-president and executive creative director. He will share the presidency and creative leadership with Kevin Kehoe, the shop’s chief creative officer.

“I wasn’t planning to leave,” Moore said.
