Cohn, Overstreet & Parrish has appointed Elizabeth Moore senior client service manager. Moore’s responsibilities at the Atlanta agency will include managing public relations and brand-building initiatives for Chick-fil-A. Moore arrives from the Atlanta office of Porter Novelli, where she was a consultant in its healthcare practice. CO&P has also hired Brant Rawls as a client service manager. In his new post, Rawls will oversee media relations, marketing and event planning. He previously served as a senior account executive at GCI Group in Atlanta.
