NEW YORK Deutsch has won creative chores for online job service Monster, the client confirmed.

The Interpublic Group shop bested Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi and Omnicom’s DDB in the final round of a review, sources said. All three agencies are in New York.

Monster claims a total worldwide marketing budget of $115 million. Last year, the client spent $30 million on U.S. ads, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.

In a statement, Monster founder and CEO Jeff Taylor said he believes Deutsch is “poised to capture the true essence of the Monster brand.”
