NEW YORK McCann-Erickson WorldGroup has expanded the responsibilities of Momentum chief operating officer Bill Kolb, the company said.

Effective immediately, Kolb, 40, adds operational responsibilities for Momentum’s WorldGroup sibling MRM Partners. That shop’s previous COO, Steven Roberts, left the company in late 2003.

Additionally, Kolb adds the title of executive vice president of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup.

In his financial role, Kolb continues to report to Ramesh Rajan, CFO of WorldGroup, but operationally he reports to both Momentum CEO Chris Weil, and to MRM CEO Pam Larrick.
