IPG’s Momentum restructured its North American management last week in an effort to give the leaders of its individual offices more clout, according to the agency. Momentum worldwide CEO Chris Weil said that as a result, the positions of North American CEO and CFO, held by Mark Shapiro and Jerry Best, respectively, were eliminated. The general managers of each U.S. office will assume greater responsibilities for their own P&Ls, Weil said.
