BOSTON Veteran creative manager Kelly Fredrickson has joined Modernista! as chief of staff, a new position, the agency said.
Fredrickson, 40, will oversee personnel matters including recruiting across all departments in the agency and be responsible for all creative work flow, according to Clift Jones, president of the independent agency here.
The agency last week added approximately $100 million in new General Motors business when the client shifted a large chunk of its Cadillac account to the agency from Publicis Group’s Leo Burnett [Adweek Online, March 3].
