CHICAGO Colle + McVoy has acquired Mobium Creative Group in a deal that executives said would boost the shop’s business-to-business capabilities.
“Our acquisition of Mobium Creative Group creates the most powerful b-to-b agency in Chicago,” said Chuck Kushell, chairman of the Minneapolis agency, in a statement. “It has long been our plan to have an agency presence in Chicago, and what better fit than the best-in-class Mobium.”
The Chicago-based Mobium will retain its name and will continue to be based in Chicago, Kushell said.
