BOSTON -- McCarthy Mambro Bertino has been selected for Tweeter's broadcast creative assignment following a review.
Details were still being worked out at press time and a contract has yet to be signed, a Tweeter representative said.
A radio-based back-to-school campaign will be the first order of business for the Boston agency. Overall spending is approximately $15 million, per CMR, but MMB's portion of the business is likely to be in the low-to-mid-seven figures. Media chores were not in play and remain with Casey Media, Braintree, Mass.
The assignment had been in-house.
Other shops that made presentations, sources said, were Allen & Gerritsen, Watertown, Mass.; Mullen of Wenham, Mass.; and CGN Marketing & Creative Services and Gearon Hoffman, both of Boston.
