MMA Adds Client Service Directors

Marketing Management Analytics, a marketing and media management consulting firm in Wilton, Conn., has brought aboard three new directors of client services. Sheila Baker joins from ACNeilson in Norwalk, Conn., where she most recently served as senior comprehensive service manager. Patty Zarra was most recently director of client services at Information Resources, also in Norwalk, where she oversaw accounts for Guinness UDV, Bic and Perrier. Anna Frano comes to MMA from ACNeilson, where she was most recently client director on the company’s Pepsi business.
