LOS ANGELES Mitsubishi Motors North America has lost another executive, sources said.
Mike Tocci, svp of sales and distribution at the struggling Cypress, Calif., automaker, is jumping to Kia Motors America, Irvine, Calif., as its Eastern region director, according to sources. Both nameplates declined comment.
Mitsubishi said on Thursday that Daniel Kuhnert would replace Tocci as svp of sales. Kuhnert, a former Western region manager at Mitsubishi, became a Southern California dealer and served on the company’s national advisory board.
